Public comment windows run 180 days per revision.

Conduct & Appeals

Code of Professional Conduct complaints, misconduct reports, examination appeals, and cut-score-band disputes. Handled under documented due process with a single right of appeal to the Standards Council.

Complaints may be submitted in confidence. Retaliation is itself a Code violation.
